Thank you to everyone who attended our inaugural Basketball and Health Literacy Camp on Saturday March 21! Held by Pistons’ announcer Gregory Kelser and his Mind & Body Fitness Team, the camp was a huge success and an unforgettable day of learning, teamwork, and fun! We are so grateful to the participants, parents, volunteers, and members of the Detroit Literacy Coalition for their help in bringing it all together.
During the camp, Detroit youth ages 7 to 17 developed their skills both on and off the court through hands-on coaching, teamwork challenges, motivational sessions, and interactive activities.
